The Interagency Gender Working Group launched a new publication, Synchronizing Gender Strategies: A Cooperative Model for Improving Reproductive Health and Transforming Gender Relations at a special brown bag session on Monday, October 25, 2010. The event was held at Futures Group, One Thomas Circle, NW, Suite 200, Washington, DC 20005.

Gender synchronization is a new approach that takes "gender transformation" to the next step. This paper and presentation defined what is meant by "gender synchronization" and will give examples of gender-synchronized approaches and characteristics.
