Description:
Training modules (Gender and HIV, Integrating Gender into RH/HIV Programs and Projects, Constructive Male Engagement, Gender-Based Violence: A Primer, Gender and Safe Motherhood) will be reviewed. Through discussions and selected activities, participants will receive feedback on facilitation of the sessions with experienced IGWG trainers. The TOT also offers an optional “facilitation skills” day for those who have some training experience but need a refresher course.

Duration: Two to three days

Intended Audience: USAID and CA staff who are responsible for integrating gender. Participants should be experienced trainers and/or have prior experience conducting training.
