The facilitation guides in this section serve as examples of how the IGWG training materials have been used in past workshops. Suggested agendas for workshops are presented in Chapters 2 and 4 of the User’s Guide, and the materials and facilitation notes for each of the activities are available individually on this website, so that trainers can “mix and match” materials to best meet their needs. As an additional resource, PDF versions of full module facilitator’s guides are included in this section, for those trainers who would like to read through facilitation notes for a complete workshop. The PDF facilitator’s guides are from 2010 or earlier and are static: They are not updated to reflect more current materials or approaches, and as such, serve only as a useful reference; they are not a substitute for the individual activity facilitation notes and materials, which are periodically updated.
