A Girl’s Guide to Puberty and Periods, a book and short video series, was produced by adolescent health experts at Columbia University in collaboration with Grow & Know. The series provides girls with practical advice, answers to common questions, and real puberty stories from girls across the USA. Tackling everything from body odor to big feelings to periods, these resources are designed for girls ages 9-14 for factual guidance on the physical and emotional changes of puberty. Read More
