This policy brief provides a series of recommendations for improving national data on violence against children and adolescents and using data and evidence to strengthen national-level violence prevention efforts. The findings and recommendations are based on the results of a global meta-analysis of factors associated with physical, sexual, and emotional violence against children in low- and middle-income countries.
