Uganda’s Response to Sexual Harassment in the Public Health Sector: From “Dying Silently” to Gender-Transformational HRH Policy
This article details the results of original research conducted in Uganda to identify the nature, contributors, dynamics, and consequences of sexual harassment in public health sector workplaces. The Uganda Ministry of Health used the study’s results to develop the gender-transformative "Guidelines to Implement the Policy on Prevention and Response to Sexual Harassment."
